ROYAL TOUR OF NIGERIA. THE LITTLE PICCANINNY WHO WANTED TO SEE THE QUEEN. PHOTO SHOWS This small piccaninny was one in a crowd waiting to see the Queen, but he was at the back, and like any other small boy he complained. This had results for he was lifted over the heads of the crowd by kindly policeman and given a front seat.
