1953 Press Photo Members Bavarian Royal Party Munich Residence Prince Rupprecht

Bavarian Crown Prince Rupprecht's new residence in Munich. In the evening hours of January 17th, 1953, many young folks and members of the Association of Bavarian Societies as well as members of the Bavarian Royal Party went with torches to the Nymphenburg Castle, Prince Rupprecht's new residence. A band played the Royal Hymn when the crown prince moved in his new home where he used to live when he was a young man. A part of the Munich population received invitations to this festival.
