Dogs Appeal to Christmas Shoppers. Dogs being towed on a trailer among shoppers in Oxford Street yesterday as a warning by Vivisection abolitionists against giving pets as Christmas presents to children, who may not be able to care for them properly. The dogs are from rescue kennels possibly last year's unwanted presents.
