Twin Bear cubs born to Chatka Recently at Whipsnade Zoo- and which have been named "Wibbly" and "Lobby" - were seen by the public yesterday for the first time. Keystone Photo Shows:- Mum Chatka Leads the way-follwed by her youngstars - "Wibbly" and "Wobbly" - at Whipanads.
