Illustrated London News Celebrates 125th Anniversary. The world's oldest illustrated weekly news paper the Illustrated London News, celebrates its 125th Anniversary today. And to celebrate they recreated the first deliveries of the paper along Fleet Street and Central London, as they were made by horse drawn stage coach in 1842. The original printing office stood in Crane Court. The publishing office was at 320 Strand, the site of Bush House. Afterwards, the coach, carrying Illustrated London News staff in period costume, toured central London. Keystone Photo Shows: Views as the coach makes its way through the traffic in the Strand today.

Photo measures 8.25 x 6 inches.
