March 15th, 1973 ''Paddywack'' tries out his first dip at the London Zoo ' ''Paddywack'', the polar bear cub, was out in the sunshine at the London Zoo today with his mother Sally. The cub, the third polar bear cub to be reared successfully at the zoo since the famous Brumas born in 1949, decided to take his first dip in the pool in the bear pit today.
