''Doggy interview'' ' A five weeks old Labrador puppy was found in a telephone box in Whitehall, yesterday and is being cared for at the R.S.P.C.A. clinic, Kensal Green. Keystone Photo Shows: The puppy on right, ''listens'' to a few words of advice from another inmate at the clinic this morning. The abandoned puppy has one blue eye and one brown.
