April 23, 1968 Embassies close and open in Dar Es Salaam ' In Dar es Salaam on Sunday, the Nigerian Embassy was closed, and the Biafrans were preparing to open an embassy. Photo Shows: The first Secretary of the Nigerian Embassy to Tanzania, Mr. Hamza Munamnadu, (wearing a suit) pictured with a friend outside the main embassy door just before closing it in Dar es Salaam on Sunday.
