Aged ladies receive keys to ''Margaret Mullen House'' ' This afternoon a number of aged ladies received keys to flats they will occupy in ''Margaret Mullen House'' which has been given over to the purpose by Wing Commander Vincent (Paddy) Byrne. Eammon Andrews unveiled a plaque to Margaret Mullen, the old lady who was found on the beach at Brighton recently and who was found a flat there, but was later killed in a road accident, after whom the house has been named. The keys were handed over by the Mayor of Chelsea, Cllr. Guy Edmiston, J.P. Keystone Photo Shows: Eamon Andrews unveiling the plaque, watched by the Mayor of Chelsea, (Cllr.
