28.4.55 Aged ladies receive keys to ''Margaret Mullen House'' ' This afternoon a number of aged ladies received keys to flats they will occupy in ''Margaret Mullen House'' which has been given over to the purpose by Wing Commander Vincent (Paddy) Byrne. Eammon Andrews unveiled a plaque to Margaret Mullen, the old lady who was found on the beach at Brighton recently and who was found a flat there, but was later killed in a road accident, after whom the house has been named. The keys were handed over by the Mayor of Chelsea, Cllr. Guy Edmiston, J.P. Keystone Photo Shows: Eamon Andrews unveiling the plaque, watched by the Mayor of Chelsea, (Cllr. Edmiston) and Wing Commander Byrne at the Redburn Street, Chelsea today.
