Fleet Street Crisis, Mr. Foot Meets Newspaper Representatives: Efforts to reach a settlement in the dispute which threatens the publication of national newspapers were being made today when Mr. Michael Feet, the employment Secretary, met representatives of the Newspaper Publishers association, the national Graphical association and Five other printing unions at his office in St. James Square.
