Dr. Savundra signs on at the Unemployment Exchange: Dr. Emil Savundra, 43, who used to be paid ~8,000 a year as chief of the Fire, auto and Marine Insurance Company, Yesterday signed on as unemployed at his local Unemployment Exchanges, and later ate a mo
