General Assembly hears two final Speakers in General Debate: The General Assembly this afternoon heard the two final speakers listed for the general debate, the representatives of Afghanistan and of the United States. An all, 94 delegations took part in the debate of the session. The Assembly also heard statements under the right of reply by the representatives of Pali, Horocco, Pakistan and Turkey. Still listed to speak under the right of reply are the representatives of India, Algeria, Rocco and Cyprus. At this afternoon's meeting, the Secretary-General U. Thant, informed the Assembly of the death today of the Prime Minister of Iran, Hassan Ali Kansour. The Assembly rest for a minute of Silence in tribute to the memory of Mr. Ali Hansour. Tributes to the Prime Minister were paid by the President of the Assembly, the Secretary-General, and the representatives of Pakistan, Afghanistan, the United States and Turkey. Addressing the General Assembly is Ambassador Adlai E. Stevenson of the United States.
