The XIV Congress of the PCI (Italian Communist Party) has been opened today at the Sport Palace in Rome attending by about 1200 delegates and many delegations of the international communist parties. The party secretary Enrico Berlinguer, right, and the old communist leader Luigi Longo, 75.
