The Duke of Edinburgh was entertained at the Guillhall this afternoon by the Lord Mayor - at a Welcome back Luncheon -after his commonwealth tour. Included in the Guests was Lieut Commander Micheal Parker who resigned his post at the Duke's Secretary - after the announcement that he and his wife were separating.
