Order of British Empire service at St. Paul's: A Dedication Service for the Order of the British Empire, was held today at St. Paul's Cathedral. The Duke of Edinburgh was present as Grand Master. Photo shows among those attending today's service was Commendatore Guglielmo Miani, known in Milan as "the most English of all Italians". He was awarded the O.B.E last year, and had struck, at his own expense, a gold medal commemorating 25 years (1945-1970) of "fruitful commercial relations between Milan and London".
