Italian Premier receives Degree at Oxford: Signor De Gasperi, the Italian Prime Minister, who has been visiting Mr. Churchill in London, today went to Oxford University, where he received the honorary degree of Doctor of Civil Law. Photo Shows Signor De Gasperi, seen with Sir David Maxwell - Fife, who also received the degree of Doctor of Civil Law in procession after the ceremony.
