Will "Spiegel-chief-editor Gunter Gaus be the West German representative in East Berlin? In Government circles in Bonn it is rumoured that chief-editor Gunter Gaus ("Der Spiegel") East Berlin. This representative would have the same status as a Secretary of State. A decision will be taken about this office in about a months time.
