New Ambassador to Switzerland ' Mr. C.S.R. Giffard CMG has been appointed HM Ambassador to Switzerland in succession to Mr. A.K. Rothnie CMG who is retiring from the Diplomatic Service. Since June 1975 Mr. Giffard has been Minister at Tokyo. Photo Shows:
