Sir Eric Miller Found Dead From Gunshot Wound The fallen property tycoon who as being investigated byt the Fraud Squad today. His wife Myra found him lying in a pol of blood in the back garden of their $500,000 house, Rathmore Lodge in the Little Boltons, off the Brompton Road. THere was a pistol by his side. The police said "there are no suspicious circumstances" they are sure he committed suicide. Fifty-year-old Sir Eric, Knighted in the controversial Wilson resignation Honours List, had been at the center of investigations into the Peachey Properties, the company he built into a $40 Million empire.
