Security Council Begins Consideration Of Situation in is Isreali-Occupied Territories United Nations, New York The security Council began consideration this morning, at the request of Libya and Pakistan, of "the serious situation arising form recent developments" in the Arab territories occupied by Isreal. Statements were made by the representatives of Libya, the Palestine Liberation Organization (PLO) and Egypt. Zehdi Labib Terzi, reprisentative of the PLO who had been invited to participate in the debate, is seen as he was about to take his seat at the table.
