1981 Press Photo Vijay Amritraj Lets Net Hit Jimmy Conners As He Tries To Climb

"Ouch" What a way to get a "Let" It could have been very nasty for tennis star Jimmy Conners during his quarter finals match against Vijay Amritraj at Wimbledon yesterday. Connor rushed to the net in an attempt to return a shot which he missed and had to jump over the net. As he stepped over the net to return to his side. Gentlemen Amritraj lowered it for him, but playfully let it go as Conners was half-way over making it a bit painful. Conners went on to win after a five set thriller.
