Shipping Chiefs Meet to Consider American Ban. Urgent consultations have been going on in London today over the American Federal Maritime Commission new move against British shipping. The commission told shipowners to cancel contracts with British firm sending goods to Cuba, or face fines up to $360 a day. Photo Shows: Sir Errington Keville, the Chairman of the Committee of European Shipowners, who has been in the center of today's discussion, makes a point during talks at the Chamber of Shipping in London this afternoon.
