Munich/West Germany: Vera Bruhne exhibits her paintings. During her detention in Aichch/West Germany grew up - the paintings, which Vera Bruhhne, who was still a few month ago the most prominent convict of West-Germany, exhibits at the present time. The today 7o years old and still attractive Vera Bruhne, in 1962 in the "trial of the century"condemned for lifelong prison by a Munich Jury court, causing on the double-murder at the physician Dr. Praun and his housekeeper Elfriede Kloo,started to paint in the 18 years lasting detention. In this time of deep despair she started to paint after old portraits, press-cuttings and picture postcards. During the years 9o paintings grew up, a lot of them (the costs for it are between DM 800.' and DM 3ooo.--t 4oo to 15oo dollars) are to see now in Munich/West-Germany. Ops: Vera Bruhne with on of the artworks? "Prayer in the forest" after Karl Spitzweg (1976, 6ox4ocm, EM 3ooo.--, 15oo dollars).
