A gala session of the National Assembly with participation of the Central Committee of the Bulgarian Communist Party, Administration Council of the Bulgarian Agrarian Union and other social organizations was held in the ''Universiada'' hall in Sofia today, at which the new constitution of the People's Republic of Bulgaria was proclaimed. Photo shows Todor Zhivkov, first secretary of the CC of the BCP and Bulgarian prime minister proclaims the new constitution.
