Greek premier pledges early elections as the new government is sworn - in : Speaking to the Greek nation on radio and television shortly after the swearing-in of has all civilian cabinet, Mr. Spyros Markezinis, the new Greek prime minister, yesterday promised fair parliamentary elections as soon as possible.
