Chiswick Police Present Sir Robert Mark with a Portrait bust of himself: Sir Robert Mark, who retires next week after five years as Commissioner of the Metropolitan Police, was this morning presented with a portrait bust of himself by Chiswick police Officers, at the Chiswick Police Station. The sculptor was 72 year-old Mr. Alex Dearnley who's previous works included busts of Lord Asquith, Sir Newton Moore and a previous Commissioner, Sir Joseph Simpson. Photo Shows Sir Robert Mark studies his bust as police superintendent W.C. Reese, on right, makes the presentation, on left is the sculptor Alex Dearnley.
