Relations between London Police and Black youths are bad says the Metropolitan Police Commissioner: Relations between London police and many black youths were bad, Sir Robert Mark, the Metropolitan Police Commissioner, said in his annual report for 1975, published yesterday. Too frequently there has been a growing tendency for Black people to react in violent opposition to police officers, he said. Other points in the report concerned the "disturbing" rise in Crime figures.
