Election in the Swiss Government: The federal Assembly elected Wednesday morning three new federal councellors as members of Swiss Government and the new Prime Minister, the President of the Confederation. Sensational elections, for no one of the three official candidates of the parties has been nominated. The three new ministers all have been "secret favorites".
