GENERAL EANES IN THE FRG From December 12th to 17th, the Portuguese President of State, Antonio dos Santos Ramalho Eanes and his wife Manuela visit the Federal Republic of Germany. There they will talk with leading politicians about their accession to the EG, the situation in the NATO and the economical co-operation with the FRG.
