A ROOSEVELT WEDS LONDON GIRL. Mr. Philip James Roosevelt, 41, third cosin of the United States President Theodore (Teddy) Roosevelt, was married in London today to 26-year Miss Philippa Buss, of Egerton Crescent, Chelsea. The wedding took place at Tollington Park Baptist Church, Islington, where the bride's brother, the Rev. Michael Buss, is minister. Mr. Roosevelt is an investment adviser from Oyster Bay, New York. The couple met socially in America 18 months ago and will return to Oyster Bay to live. KEYSTONE PHOTO SHOWS:- The bride is kissed by her brother, the Rev.
