British Week In Brussels: Princess Margaret yesterday flew to Brussels with Lord Snowdon. She was to have opened British Week there last week, but was prevented from do so by an attack of tonsilitis. Lord Snowdon-perfomed the ceremony for her. After arriving in Brussels yesterday, they visited some of the 1,500 shops putting on special British exhibitions.
