Eleanor Roosevelt in Munich: Eleanor Roosevelt, the widow of the late American President, arrived in Munich at the air-port Riem, from the United States, on May 10, 1957 and was welcomed by Munich's town-mayor, Adolf Hieber (ADOLF HIEBER) (right). Eleanor Roosevelt then departed for a private visit of Salzburg.
