The preparatory ministers conference began on September 4, 1972 under the chairmanship of Somalia's Foreign Minister Omar Arteh Ghalib last years meeting was held in Somalia's capital Mogadishu. Addressing the Conference is Zambia's Foreign Minister Mr. Mainza Choma.
