Disarmament talks continue in London, British and American delegates; A private deal he said to have been tried between U.S. Representative Mr. Harold Stassen and the Soviet representative Mr. Valeian Zorin in the Disarmament talks now being held in London. The "deal" is said to have been suggested between the two members in private negotiation. Britain, France, Canada and other power at the conference protested. Photo Shows L-R Commander Noble (UK) and Mr. Harold Stassen arriving for this afternoon's meeting at Lancaster House.
