United States Foreign and Administrator arrives talks on strategic materials controls.: Mr. Harold Stassen the United States Foreign Aid Administrator arrived at London Airport this morning from New York. He is expected to see the Prime Minister and Mr. Eden and is to return home on Wednesday. He is expected to urge the British Government not to press too hard for relaxation of existing controls on supply of strategic materials to Communist Countries.
