French-German chancellor conference: With a speech by professor Dr. Coing (COING) university of Frankfurt/Main, according to the wish of the French chancellors, at February 20, 58 in Western Berlin the first French-German chancellors conference has been opened. At this conference, under the motto "The university and the Political sciences" the chancellors of 15 French and the chancellors or their representatives from all universities and scientific academies of the Federal Republic and Western Berlin are taking part.
