Mr Iain MacLeod the minister of Labour this morning inspected the new Minister of Labour Mobile Employment Exchange - at St. James`s Square. The exchange is to be based on Fakenham. Norfolk - experimentally - and will our the surrounding areas ones or twice a week. It is equipped to carry out the normal functions of a local office.
