Installation of the Chancellor at University of Sussex.: This morning at a ceremony at the Dome in Brighton. Viscount Monckton of Brenchley was installed as Chancellor of the new University of Sussex. Honorary Degree were also conferred at the same ceremony. Photo shows the Prime Minister Mr. Harold Macmillan who recieved an Honorary Doctorate of Laws, walks in procession to the ceremony today.
