Mr. Macmillan asks for ?750,000 for the Oxford Union Appeal: An appeal for the Oxford Union was launched in London today by Mr. Harold Macmillan, Chancellor of the University and Principal trustee of the Oxford Li~erary and debating Union Trust, whose purpose is to preserve the Oxford Union.
