United States Foreign Aid Administrator arrives. Talks on control of strategic materials - MR. Harold Stassen, the United States Foreign Aid Administrator arrived at London Airport this morning from New York. He is expected to meet the Prime Minister and Mr. Eden, and is also expected to urge the government not to press too hard for relaxation of existing controls on supply of strategic materials to Communist Countries.
