THE TORY WHO MISSED THE VOTE - Mr. Anthony Steen, Conservative Mp From Wavertree, who missed Wednesday night's "No Confidence'' vote because he did not wake up in time, in Westminster yesterday after receiving an apology from the Post Office for ringing a wrong number when trying to give him his alarm call. Mr. Steen had made an 18-hour journey from Bangladesh for the vote.
