THE TORY WHO MISSED THE VOTE - Mr. Anthony Steen, Conservative Mp From Wavertree, who missed Wednesday night's "No Confidence'' vote because he did not wake up in time, in Westminster yesterday after receiving an apology from the Post Office for ringing a wrong number when trying to give him his alarm call. Mr. Steen had made an 18-hour journey from Bangladesh for the vote.
