MEMBER OF COMMUNITY RELATIONS COMMISSION RESIGNS. Mr. Bernard Perkins, 44, one of the members of the 12-strong Community Relations Commission, resigned today over the Ugandan Asian problem. Mr. Perkins - prospective Parliamentary Tory candidate for Norwood - was appointed to the Commission in December 1970.
