Private prosecution against Lord Snowdon.: A private prosecution brought against the Earl of Snowdon by Mr. Ray Bellisario, a freelance photographer, was being hear today by Ha~wards Heath, Sussex, Magistrates. Lord Snowdon pleaded not guilty to summonses brought by the 35-year-old photographer alleging dangerous driving, careless driving and reversing a car for a longer distance than was safe. Photo shows Lord Snowdon pictured today when the case was adjourned for lunch.
