Private Prosecution agaist Lord Snowdon.: A private prosecution brought agaist the Earl of Snowdon by Mr. Ray Bellisario, a freelance photographer, was being hear today by Hayward Health, Sussex, magistrates. Lord Snowdon pleaded not guilty to summonses brought by the 35 - year - old photographer alleging dangerous driving, careless driving and reversing a car for a longer distance than was safe. Photo shows Lord Snowdon pictured today when the case adjourned for lunch.
