Boy Charged in Kidnapping Case; A 15 year old school boy was last night charged with the kidnapping and murder of seven year old Emmanuel Malliart. Police said the boy took them to where he had buried Emmanuel's body in the Forest of False Repose at Versailles. Photo Shows The accused boy, who can just be seen with his head covered in a blanket, about t o be put into a police van in the forest where the body of Emmanuel Malliart was found.
