Graham Tope home from Prague.: Mr. Graham Tope, the Young Liberal released from a Prague prison on Monday, arrived home this afternoon. Mr. Tope was released from prison together with an American student arrested at the same time. Neither Mr. Tope, 26, of Couledon, Surrey, nor his companion, Mr. Douglas Burke, aged 20, from Framingham, Massachusetts, nor the British or Americans Embassies were informed of any formal charges during their imprisonment.
