Russia's second man in space German TITOV said ''with the utmost sincerity'' that he had no idea who would win the race to the moon. "As a Soviet I hope it is the Soviet Union and I personal ~~ hope I will be the first". G.S. TITOV told during a press conference held at the occasion of the electronics exposition. I am still very young said Titov who is 33 "and so I hope I can go back up there again". Titov completed 17 orbits in space Aug. 6-7, 1961. With him was a 20-man Soviet delegation to the Rome show. The Vice Director of USSR's Nuclear Institute Mr. S. Artsimovic.
