"Topping-Out" London International Press Centre: The Rt. Hon. Peter Walker M.P., Secretary of State, Department of the Environment, this morning performed the traditional "Topping-out" ceremony of the new International Press Centre, Shoe Lane, London E.C.4.. The new center has been designed to carry many requirements for the general press, with radio station, conference rooms plus other facilities and will also provide the new Headquarters off the Press Club..
