Indian Finance Minister Arrives in London
Mr. Moraji Desai, the 62 year old Indian Finance Minister, arrived at London Airport last night. He said the question of a British loan to India would be a tonic during his talks next week with Mr. Mac Millan, the Prime Minister, the Chancellor, Mr. Heathcoat Armory, and the Secretary for the Commonwealth Relations, the Earl of Home. The Trip is Mr. Desai's first journey abroad.
