London: Nine-month old Master Andrew Vaughan, son of singer, Frankie Vaughan, clutches the O.B.E. which the latter received at today's Investiture at Buckingham Palace. Proud father and equally proud son are shown outside the Palace. Mr. Vaughan gained his award in the Birthday Honour's List for his services to the welfare of youth.
